Twilight!

Ok so Twilight is coming out Friday!! And the stars of the movie are doing their promotions, I love Kristen Stewart's outfit here and her messy hair look. My only problem with it all, is that her hair might be looking a little too similar to her co-stars lol. I'm mean they both look pretty sexy!!! What do you guys think?

BRRR it's getting cold outside!

Ok so it's starting to get cold now, just in time for Thanksgiving! Here on the East Coast keeping warm is crutial and difficult! And even more difficult is trying to bundle up and be cute at the same time! Here are some cute winter jackets/coats I like:

These two coats are from Victoria's Secret. I personally think that the brown jacket would be really cute with a pair of riding boots!

This coat is Betsey Johnson ( i love her!). It's kind of pricey ($400!!), BUT if its anything like the winter hat I bought last year from Betsey Johnson, it will keep you soooo warm! This jacket has such a unique pattern, I love it and want it so badly!!!

The plaid pattern seems to be another trend of the fall/winter! I love the collar of the jacket and the 3/4 sleeves (even though I may freeze in them lol). Not to fret though! I have a solution to this 3/4 sleeve dilema! This jacket is from Urban Outfitters!

WINTER ACCESSORIES!!!!

So as some of you may know, Lauren Conrad is the face of Mark. This winter she created her own winter accessories for Mark. She made a baret, gloves, scarf, headband and ring (all shown in the pic!). Now I think these gloves would be perfect with the Urban Outfitters Jacket above (yup these gloves are my solution haha)! I think the ring is really cute and it comes in two colors! Lauren Conrad is just working all these things so well in this picture...I'm Sold!!!

Jonathan Saunders for Target

Stopped by Target on the way home from school today and I got my first look at the Jonathan Saunders collection (the current GO International Designer).

Let me just say that the GO International line has been such a favorite of mine and I'm glad to see Target is actually onto their thirteenth designer!

My favorite pieces of the collection have to be the Ponte Pants ($34.99) and the Knit Ponte Skirt ($26.99). Both are very similar and both are just as fabulous! The material is nice and thick so it'll be sure to keep you warm in the approaching cold weather. It's also a little stretchy and comfortable, which I love! The satin details add just the right amount of elegance so these pieces can be dressed up or down. The pants are a great alternative to leggings since they have a slim leg so you'll have no problem tucking them into your favorite boots. If you find these at Target you'll get an idea of just how well made these are and see that they're a great bargain for the price! Don't hesitate because this designer is only available until November 1st!

I Spoke Too Soon...

Oh Lauren, why oh why would you do this? I said you could do no wrong but clearly I spoke too soon. Way to look like a piece of poop. LOL.

LC's Necklace

So I really should be studying for my Management exam tomorrow, but of course I'd rather be blogging! Just finished watching tonight's episode of The Hills -- I no longer can watch this show for the drama, it's just too boring... it's all about watching to see what they are wearing! I personally LOVE Lauren Conrad's style, to me she can do no wrong! I don't think I have ever disliked anything she has worn yet. I've really been noticing her accessories lately -- specifically her necklaces.

My research on the internet has been unsuccessful and I really haven't been able to find the exact necklace that she wears. Even if I did find it, I guarantee it would be something I could not afford.

But here is my find on what I think is the closest to it... the Dogeared Lucky Bamboo Necklace. I have actually been eye-ing this necklace and others from this brand for a while now (I always see them when I walk past the jewelry in Nordstrom). They are so simple, yet elegant. Maybe now I'll actually go get one -- they aren't that pricey ($68) and I figure I would wear it all the time. Isn't it horrible how much celebrity stalking rules my life?! Haha.

AHH Ashley did a no no!!

I'm a huge fan of Ashley Tisdale so it kills me to say this (and look at this)! I do not like this outfit at all...what was she thinking! Well just see for yourself....Here she is at her Madrid Premiere of HSM3! What do you think?

Yay or Nay?

Rachel Bilson has been on her promotional tour for her new line for DKNY Jeans, Edie Rose.

I usually always love what Rachel Bilson wears....so I'm sure this look will grow on me, but as of now I'm not really feeling it...I'm sure we'll be seeing more hats of this style this fall.

(I almost think it looks like somehting the three stooges would wear!)

Does anyone else see it? I dunno...What do you guys think?!

If I had $1000....

Ever since I saw Vanessa Hudgens wear these in the HSM photoshooot for Elle, I've been eyeing these bad boys. It's Gucci's babouska high heel booties with 4.5" heels!

Of course they will never be in my possession (like I have $995 to blow), but they are pretty to look at! If I win the lottery AND learn the art of walking in heels, I will def buy these.

Fringe Frenzy!

So as you guys saw, G bought her Minnetonkas!! YAY! I'm happy for her! (They are very cute G! I am a fan..stinks my foot barely fits in them...guess you dont have to worry about me borrowing them and ruining them lol... ok wow I rambled there!)

Anyways, I also hopped on the bandwagon! (The fall fringe frenzy bandwagon! lol) I picked out Steve Madden's Warli in Chesnut! My favorite part is on the inside they printed a cute picture of a little peace sign, heart, and mini high heel! Its adorable!
I also felt a little cool because I purchased them before they were even up on the Steve Madden website!
Now I just need the perfect pair of pants to wear with them...

Baby It's (Getting) Cold Outside...

The weather's getting colder in Jersey and G is looking for something to warm and comfy to throw on for class. $42... meh. Who wants to buy me a present?? Medium in Lapis! Pwettyy pweaaaase. ; )

New York City Shopping Adventures

Well well for all you New Jerseyian college students out there, hope you enjoyed Free NJTransit Week! And for myself, this week was filled with spectacular shopping trips to New York between classes ;)

Soho is my shopping area of choice, but I really should try to discover new places in the city. Suggestions would be appreciated!

Here's some of the fabulous purchases I made this past week!

From David Z. - 620 Broadway
Minnetonka Woodstock Boot in Brown Suede - $75
My first pair of Minnetonkas! Originally I wanted to get the Ankle Hi Tramper Boots a la Ashley Tisdale, but after seeing these in the City I couldn't resist! These are sure to be a popular shoe this Fall/Winter, I have a feeling since three other women asked to try them on while I was holding them! I must warn you to keep your laces tied because the beads will surely crack and break if you step on them by accident! `=X

From MNG by Mango - 561 Broadway
BCD Collage T-Shirt - $29
So this may sound cheesy, but T and I actually both ended up getting this shirt! T has the one pictured here, and I got one in purple. The only thing that stinks is that the gray one has a very cute back, but the purple one doesn't! Boo! This graphic tee is super cute and super soft and will make for an awesome laid-back-kinda-day outfit.

From GirlProps - 153 Prince Street
Brown Wayfarer Glasses, Handcuff Necklace, Stud Ring
GirlProps is just one of those stores you have to hit up when in Soho. It's super overwhelming to be in this tiny store with tons and tons of accessories, but some of the things they have are just too cute! All three of my purchases totaled to about 20 dollars, so as you can tell this store is easy on the wallet! I needed a new everyday necklace so I went for the silver handcuff one. I don't really know why but I have a thing for handcuffs haha! The glasses are funky and hopefully I'll have the balls to wear them out in public one day!

From American Apparel - 121 Spring Street
Black Lame Leggings - $42
I normally wouldn't spend this much on leggings so this is a stretch for me, but I have really wanted these since last year. I figure I'd get a lot of wear out of these bad boys, especially since I'd totally go for wearing leggings over pants any day. They are a lot thicker than I thought they would be so I'm waiting until the weather gets a little cooler. I'm going to have to try some outfits with these and see what works, I wonder if they'll go with my new Minnetonkas?

Other buys that I can't find pictures for.... A navy blue blazer and long black blazer vest from Forever21, black diamond leggings and a gray v-neck long sleeve from UNIQLO.
